PTs are the primary providers for any orthopedic pain or injury. We treat any body part and any problems with joints, muscles, or nerves that affect function of those in any age group from kids to older adults. PT has shown to be an effective treatment for problems affecting human strength, endurance, power, mobility, balance, posture, motor control, neurological integrity, aerobic endurance, proprioception, and conditions involving pain and/or inflammation.

Some manual techniques include massage, trigger point and ART-style release, instrument assisted soft tissue massage, and joint mobilizations including thrust mobilization (known as manipulation) as needed.
While there are many common physical problems among individuals, each person’s body presents differently and often has additional contributing factors.
